The device is expected to have dimensions of 162.9 mm x 76 mm x 7.9 mm and weigh around 181 grams. The color options for this smartphone are rumored to include Blue, Midnight Black, and Shimmer Green.
The new smartphone will feature the latest Android v13 operating system and may have a large 5000 mAh battery, allowing for extended use for activities such as gaming, music, and video playback without concern for battery life.
The smartphone is rumored to have a starting price of Ksh 30,290 for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage variant. It is expected to have a 6.67-inch (16.94 cm) display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Additionally, it is likely to be powered by an octa-core processor (2.4 GHz, single core, Cortex A78 + 2.2 GHz, tri-core, Cortex A78 + 1.9 GHz, quad-core, Cortex A55) for a smooth performance while using multiple apps. The mobile will also be available in various storage options after its launch, allowing for ample storage of files, videos, pictures, movies, songs, and more without worrying about space limitations.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition is rumored to have a variety of connectivity options including WiFi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) 5GHz, MIMO, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth v5.2 and support for 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G.
